Held at a 13th-century farmhouse nestled among olive groves and rolling hills, this sacred sanctuary preserves the timeless ways of old Italy – where life moves gently, meals are made with love, and nature is your greatest teacher.

Over six transformative days, you’ll experience daily movement, meditation, breathwork, and nourishing workshops held in sisterhood. You’ll rest under the Tuscan sun, rise with purpose, and be held in a circle of women who are also returning to themselves.

Together, we’ll explore the land – foraging for native herbs to create beautiful handmade smudge sticks, reconnecting with the earth and her medicine. You’ll take part in a traditional Italian cooking class, learning how to prepare a meal from scratch using ingredients grown right on the land.

We’ll also venture into charming Italian towns, where you’ll have free time to sip wine, explore shops, eat fresh gelato, and take in the magic of Tuscany in your own way. Whether it’s journaling in the garden, sipping coffee under an ancient tree, or dancing barefoot in the kitchen – this retreat is your invitation to return to la dolce vita…the sweet, simple life.
